About the Event
The SOUND BATH with Shelley and Billy is all about you—giving you space to unwind and reset in a relaxed, enlivening way. After your soak in the hot springs, we’ll meet you at the forest yurt from 8-9 PM, where you’ll be guided into a mellow, immersive sound experience. We blend gentle breathwork with soothing vibrations to help your nervous system, mind, and body feel balanced and nourished.
Shelley brings her grounded, intuitive presence from years of hands-on massage therapy, while Billy adds his warm, enthusiastic energy and musical touch that makes the whole atmosphere feel easy and inviting. People often say it feels like everything just settles—stress softens, breathing deepens, and you leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more centered.
It’s simple, soothing, and meant to feel good—a chill reset for your whole system, guided by two people who genuinely care about creating a comfortable, supportive space. Let the sound…
