New Year's Day Yoga + Cacao
Start your new year off with a cacao ceremony with yoga and an option to cold plunge! This class is offered at no extra charge and is included with your day-soaking pass and or nightly stay. Space is limited and all guests are encouraged to RSVP.

About the Event
New Year's Day Cacao Ceremony + Burn Ritual
Celebrate the start of 2024 with our New Year's Day Cacao Ceremony + Burn Ritual. Together, we will indulge in a warm cup of cacao to open the heart and activate the senses. With the spirit of cacao, we will do some gentle movement and breathwork to further open the energy channels. Once we are open and aligned, we will engage in a Burn Ritual to let go of all that is no longer in service of our highest evolution, clearing space for what is to come and cultivating intentions for the year ahead.
Guests who want to take a polar plunge after are welcome to join that as well!
About our instructor:
Caitlin is a registered yoga teacher with more than 1,000 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, and
Therapeutic modalities. She weaves together the wisdom of many yogic and shamanic
traditions to curate heartfelt experiences of self-discovery and deep connection. Off the mat,
you can find Caitlin exploring nature, soaking in hot springs, and traveling the globe.
This class is offered at no extra charge and is included with your nightly stay. Mats are provided. Space is limited and all guests are encouraged to RSVP.Â

Day Soak + Yoga RSVP
This is both your soaking session pass and Yoga class RSVP. Soaking sessions are from 10AM-1 PM, 2-5 PM, 6-9 PM. You are welcome to stay and soak for up to 3 hours overlapping your Yoga class.
