About the Event

Welcome to our Pop-up WATSU - Therapeutic Aquatic Bodywork in our Gathering Pools


WATSU is a gentle aquatic bodywork practiced in warm water, where the body floats weightlessly and the nervous system is invited into deep rest. Floats are often used on the client’s legs, while the head is occasionally cradled by the practitioner or on a pillow in the water. Through supported movement, stretching, and stillness, tension softens, joints decompress, and the mind releases, allowing the body’s innate intelligence to guide healing and integration.  This offering is available by appointment only for a limited number of hours. Both day visitors and nightly guests are invited to book a 1 hr Therapeutic Aquatic bodywork session in our Gathering Pools. About our therapist:
