Ayurvedic Breathwork Retreat

Blurring the line between human and nature.

Check out their website to see if there is still space available for you to join!

"For most of us, slowing down and paying attention to the stillness isn’t easy. Come unplug, disconnect and tune into nature’s rhythm that Bear River valley offers. Natural hot springs, hiking trails, slow canoe journeys, bird watching and more will help focus your experience on the present moment.

Ayurveda translates to “knowledge of life” and the principles of this ancient wisdom remind us that the entire web of life is intricately interwoven. With a unique emphasis on total wellness, the art and science of Ayurveda work to harmonize our internal and external worlds.

Brittany George and Dani Mae are excited to hold space for you in the wild nature of Idaho.

Brittany is an Ayurvedic practitioner who is the mama bear that will be nurturing your belly with her freshly prepared meals.  She’ll also be guiding you through some workshops and classes to better understand your perspective and connection to your Ayurvedic Dosha.

Dani Mae is a breath expert and yoga therapist who’ll be guiding you breath by breath in the mornings and evenings.  She’ll also be hosting the nightly sharing circles and giving you some Love in a Yin/Restorative evening practice."
