Experiences Built for Connection
Nightly group experiences are designed to offer made-to-suit hospitality services, delicious food, and plentiful amenities in a beautiful forest setting that comes with 60+ acres of river, hot spring, and mountainside exploration. With an overnight bed capacity for up to 24, and an additional campsite capacity for 30, up to 50 people can stay overnight as part of your event.
2 options for nightly experiences
Partial Rental
A flexible option for groups under 15 to only rent the nightly units you need.
Cost/person: starting at $150/night
(2 night minimum)
This is a great option for smaller groups who want to gather in a semi-private way, but that don't need the entire property. There is a 2 night minimum unless booked on a Thursday. All Maple Grove Facilities remain open to the public during regular business hours with this option.

Full Rental
A premium, full property buyout for groups up to 50.

(2 night minimum)
Weddings, workshops and retreats are often best designed around the unique tastes of event hosts. With significant advance notice, you can rent out our entire facility, including accommodations, hot springs, kitchen, and all amenities. During a private rental, we are closed to the public.

We offer add-ons such as yoga, sound baths, guided hikes, etc. You may also consider adding on the guest favorite Maple Brunch and Supper as your food option, or add on kitchen facilities for your specific needs.
