About the Event
Meeting What Arises · Working with Discomfort · Exploring Warriorship For our second evening together, we turn toward a different dimension of practice: what happens when experience becomes uncomfortable. If stillness reveals what is steady within us, this session explores how we remain present when we feel out of balance.
Growth rarely happens in comfort. It unfolds at the edge of what feels manageable.
In this session, we will explore:
Kinds of discomfort and how it registers in the body
How the nervous system shifts into fight, flight, or freeze
The difference between productive disequilibrium and overwhelm
