About the Event
Forest Bathing, or shinrin yoku, is an opportunity to deeply slow down and reconnect to yourself and the more-than-human world around us. Guided by mindfulness, sensory practices, and the forest itself one can experience deep relaxation, boosted immunity, and reduced stress.
Ian Napper is a a registered Yoga Teacher and a level 1 Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide based in Salt Lake City, UT.
He specializes in teaching regulation practices, mindfulness meditation, mindful movement, gentle yoga, breathing, yoga nidra, and leading groups for therapeutic Nature immersion aka Forest Bathing (shinrin-yoku). He is an army veteren who recently graduated with an M.Ed in Trauma, Resilience, and Restorative Justice from Westminster University.

You can join this offering during your evening soaking session but please arrive 15 minutes early so the group can begin together!Â
