Retreatment Wellness - Private Event

We are thrilled to be the hosting venue for this private retreat. During this time, the group yurt will be closed to the public. Soaking and overnight guests will occasionally share public spaces with this retreat group. "Just in time for the holidays, this offering is an opportunity for you to cultivate deep inner peace.

We will connect to Earth’s energies by experiencing the elements (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water) through soaking in the hot springs, cold plunging in the river, practicing Qi Gong, and other grounding techniques.

We will connect to the community by cultivating compassion in meditation and supporting each other’s contemplative journeys through group shadow work.

We will relieve the stresses carried in our physical bodies by receiving the healing gift of massage and Acupuncture, communing in meditation, and restorative yoga.

We will be nourished by thoughtfully curated, family-style meals."
