Introducing our first Be Well Workshop of 2021 - The Wim Hof Method, with Shelley Mehr.
This one day experiential workshop and training takes you into your internal depths of health, happiness and strength. By embracing mind, body and breath you will journey into your bodies autonomic nervous system and immune system, leaning to harness natures conditions to influence your overall well being.
Come join us and a safe, small number of hot spring loving strangers as we forge on into 2021 getting out of our comfort zones and into some practical skills, ideas, and rituals that have the ability to alter the way we view and experience our inner and outer landscape.
This one day workshops includes everything you need to become familiar with the concepts and practices as well as some toasty hot springing and tasty tin foil dinners. A few select overnight options are available as well. Space…
