About the Event
We are welcoming back one of our favorite Be Well Workshops - The Wim Hof Method, with Shelley Mehr and Billy Raaen!
This one-day experiential workshop and training takes you into your internal depths of health, happiness, and strength. By embracing mind, body, and breath you will journey into your body's autonomic nervous system and immune system, learning to harness nature's conditions to influence your overall wellbeing.
Come join us and a safe, small number of hot-spring-loving strangers as we get out of our comfort zones and into some practical skills, ideas, and rituals that have the ability to alter the way we view and experience our inner and outer landscape.
Through science, music & storytelling this one-day workshop includes everything you need to become familiar with the Wim Hof Method concepts and practices as well as some toasty hot springing and tasty meals. Space is limited and ticket options…

This package includes a 1-night communal stay in our forest yurt, furnished with 1 cot, 1 pillow and 1 sleeping bag, Saturday night, Dec. 13th. Along with attendance for 1 in all workshop activities, including lunch and dinner on Saturday. This package includes 24 hr soaking, access to the sauna and the coffee, tea, and cocoa bar in the AM. This space will be shared with three other guests staying in this communal yurt.
