About the Event
Introducing one of our favorite Be Well Workshop of 2021 - The Wim Hof Method, with Shelley Mehr.
This one-day experiential workshop and training takes you into your internal depths of health, happiness, and strength. By embracing mind, body, and breath you will journey into your bodies autonomic nervous system and immune system, leaning to harness natures conditions to influence your overall wellbeing.
Come join us and a safe, small number of hot spring loving strangers as we get out of our comfort zones and into some practical skills, ideas, and rituals that have the ability to alter the way we view and experience our inner and outer landscape.
This one-day workshops includes everything you need to become familiar with the Wim Hof Method concepts and practices as well as some toasty hot springing and tasty meals. Space is limited and ticket options include both day-of only and two-night packages.
Friday - Workshop Day

12 PM Light Lunch and Orientation + Introductions
1 PM Group Yurt Breathwork + Sound Healing Experience
2PM-5 PM Wim Hof Method Workshop + Cold/Hot Exercises
6 -9 PM Tin Foil Dinner + Farewell+ Soaking

About the trainer-
Shelley Mehr is a Level 2 Wim Hof Certified Instructor, she was the first in Utah to dive into the teachings of the Wim Hof Method, having met him numerous times, exploring Poland as an instructor and guiding people from around the world
into the depths of themselves through conscious breathwork and cold water exposure. She facilitates a safe and empowering
space for you to awaken to who you truly are and what you are truly capable of. With sound healing alchemy crystal
bowls and the centering of the drum Shelley and her team create a space of pure connection, embodiment, and deep rejuvenation!
