The Higher Vibrations sound healing and somatic therapy retreat at Maple Grove was transformative.
Here’s a peek of the opening ceremony led by @rubychase, Justin Crawmer @malocasound, Riya Rose @theembodiedpriestess, Dalton Michalek @jaguar_tall, and one of the workshops—a yoga class led by Katie Schiffgen @for_the_love_of_yoga which finished with a sound bath shavasana.
It was a magical weekend with so much connection, co-created by a group of teachers, facilitators, musicians, and culinary artists to provide yoga, breathwork, meditation, vocal toning, Kirtan, live music and dance, and a lot more—all infused with sound healing and somatic therapy, surrounded in nature and hot springs, with a beautiful community of people.
