The antidote for the social anxiousness all around is perhaps found is doing less, not more.


Less late night scrolling and more mid day strolling. Less news consumption and more moment creation. More conversations, more crying, more listening, more nature.


A little less control and a lot more surrender. To presence, to people, and to what is. Not what was, nor what could be, but just to what is right here and right now.


This weekend, our land and waters will hold space for that gentle yet challenging endeavor as part of a private retreat. From Thursday until Sunday at 2 pm, we are closed for both nightly stays and daily soaks while folks from all over the Mountain West blend music, food, dance & connection in the Healing Vibrations Retreat.


The good news is that if you’re feeling called to dip in to this rhythm, even if just for a moment, there is a Half Day Pass option available to the public to join for a Saturday only experience.
