Strings at the Springs, where do we even begin….
At the ending perhaps. A Fall lit evening with nothing in between total strangers but the stars, the sounds, and the stillness found in a subtle quartet closing out a weekend of art, music, & wellness.
For 3 days, we hosted 15 global string performers from all walks of life - Celtic folk, Okinawa Koto, Southern blues, Indian sitar, Turkish oud, contemporary piano compositions, heartfelt indie folk, the violin, viola, cello, bass and harp, and, somewhere in the middle, a cigar box guitar and at least 2 didgeridoos.
There is only one thing that will ever add more to this land than the magic of its hot mineral waters and naturally healing mountainsides….and that’s Humanity, in all its creative forms.
Thanks to the amazing community of guests, performers, and stellar hot spring stewards on our team for bringing together our first Strings at the Springs Music Festival Weekend.
