Announcing the Department of Peace

A Sunday glimpse into the newly declared United States’ Mountain West Regional Office of the recently renamed Department of Peace.

This particular office, we might add, operates with bipartisan support and is entirely funded by healthy food, grounded minds, clean air, warm water, and really kind constituents. And in case you didn’t know, you can now open your own office anywhere and anytime you want.

Potential qualifying regional offices may include, but are not limited to: Your home, your neighborhood, your local park, the PTA in your elementary school, your office and everywhere in between and beyond.

No matter where the broader culture wants to take you, particularly when it’s towards conflict and contention, remember that INNER & OUTER PEACE requires no permission and no approval. It needs no votes, no leaders, and surprisingly, no consensus.

It just requires YOU, day in and day out, to show up and be still. To lob belonging instead of bombs. To fund friendships instead of fighters. And to invest into wellness instead of warfare…

To HAVE PEACE simply requires us to BE PEACE.
