If we are to resurrect, let it be from our digital death of distraction.
If there is a tomb to crawl out of, it’s the ever enticing tease of constant technology.
This Spring, we’re feeling like it’s time to wake up and step back into the real world while we are still alive.
Awkwardly, our best chance to convince you to put down your phone is through the very tool in your hand and the social media it wields.
We don’t know who you were talking to or what you were doing or which kid walked off while you slipped into scrolling, but here we are & this is our pitch to seriously reconsider your relationship to your phone.
We’re in the middle of a global epidemic called distraction.
Smart phones, social media & attention grabbing tools are on track to becoming the largest threat facing our mental, cultural, political & even physical wellness.
Now, more than ever before, Humans across every culture, class, race, gender & age are confronting the first global addiction with tech roots in almost every pocket.
And yet, it’s an integral tool in our lives that is unlikely to go anywhere. So what does a revolution look like?
It starts by asking hard questions -
Are we aware of its impact? Do we have a community of resources to support healthy boundaries & practices? Are we raising a younger generation that is prepared to design a sustainable path towards digital wellness? Are we able to lead by example?
On Sat April 26th, we’re diving deep to help build a community of support for those seeking balance in the digital era.
Together with guides across therapy, digital health, movement & meditation, we’ll explore trends, tools, & tips for digital wellness.
From meditation & breath work to communal sauna, cold plunge & hot springs, you’ll retreat into a digital detox meant to arm you & your family with the tools needed to chart your own grounded resurrection.
The planet is addicted to unpresence and we’re on a mission to radically reimagine how families, friends, co-workers, & communities reclaim control of the digital warfare taking place in their very own hands
Join us in reviving our culture, one person at a time.
