In this 2-hour session, you will learn basic therapeutic massage techniques, as well as ideas for stretching, pain relief, and relaxation. Each couple will have time to take turns practicing these techniques on each other while our instructor will guide and provide individual feedback.
We will gather in the group yurt where mats, bolsters, massage lotion, sheets, and blankets will be provided. We will not be using massage tables.
