Someone recently asked us to share a marketing tip we are pretty proud of as a small business. Here’s one that agencies, marketers, and the prevailing culture as consumers doesn’t really like to hear-


We are beyond proud to have never paid a social media influencer to co-opt your attention and spread our experience. 100% of what you see online is wild, free-range, organic guest love.


But, it comes at a cost. A cost we are pretty content to bear. In the age of artificial everything where friends and families become billboards and business models, we’re betting on real people in the real world inviting one or two real friends who may resonate with what we serve up - hot water and healing rest.


Which means you play a role and we need your help. When we opened up in 2019 after kicking off our restoration journey, our priorities became clear after wading through old and entertaining 1 star customer reviews. Now, 6 years later, these former 1 star slams still weigh us down. Here are a few of our favorites-


“It was an awful experience. Dirty, dark, unsafe, and unprofessional…”


“The one staff member was extremely rude. He told us to leave and started to tell us to shut up”


“The management is TERRIBLE. They make your stay there SO MISERABLE.”


“The owner was rude, intimidating, and threatening. I still can’t believe how he treated us that night.”


“The staff is beyond rude and the pools are gross and dirty.”
